Um,yes...this is me, I was around 5 year old when this photo was taken back home in the Philippines. I look so strong-willed and enthusiastic.

During this difficult times of my life, my inherent hopefulness kept me going despite rough edges of adversity unto smoother paths of better future.

My GRIT pushed my dreams to a higher place while I was unfolding to my best goals.

I feel so heartbroken to see the world as it is right now. It is disheartening to witness the world crumble as the pandemic continues, businesses close, dreams shattered and people pass.

And yet, we still have - deep within us, within the innermost part of our heart , the enthusiasm we knew when we were a child.

If you are demotivated and discouraged, please know and trust that things fall apart before they are amazingly rebuilt. You know you can withstand all the storms as you did. Life operates on your favor even you don’t feel it. And as humans, we will always rise amidst crisis.

I am sincerely grateful I have discovered this successful digital business. It helps me stay afloat during these messy times. I also love the fact that I have empowered others by providing them with the tools and resources they needed to set up their own successful online business.

My journey as a mom of three, a registered nurse who used to work multiple jobs (thank God, it’s over.) and as immigrant is not easy. I am my greatest abuser, for not paying attention to what my body is telling me. I am an advocate of “mind over body” philosophy, and it works wonderfully to me. Until my body can no longer sustain the desires of my spirit. I stopped working multiple jobs as a registered nurse and searched for something to replace my income. I learned to work smarter and not harder. I started to use the skills I have in business that I have learned from my parents who used to be both businessmen. It was then that I was able to quit my other jobs and just work weekends. Since then, I reclaimed my 3 F’s : Freedom, Flexibility and family time.

My largest mindset was then switched from abusing myself to SELF LOVE. To taking care of myself better so I can take care of my family. I learned to be MY OWN ADVOCATE because if not of myself, who will?

I learned to rest when I’m tired and enjoy life when it’s time.
I learned to eat food that nourish my spirit and upgrade my health.
I learned to appreciate myself and my achievements, the person I am now versus feeling like there’s more to do.
I learned not to compare my path and progress to anyone else’s. Because I am precisely where I need to be.
I learned to set clear boundaries so no one ever disrespect me. Ever again.
I learned to re-engaged to the joy of youth and have a very good time.

The best decision I’ve made since my family migrated here in USA is working weekends only. Why work 5 days if you can only work 2 days and get same results? As a working mom of 3, I was able to maintain Work-Life Balance. I have only 2 days of commitment to work as an RN during weekends and choose what I want to do with the rest of my weekdays. I can work extra shift if I want to but I have the control of my time however I want it . Life is what you make it and you decide how to get what you aspire for.
