You are not for everybody, and that’s the point. The version of you that overextended and overlooked the red flags? She clocked out.
You’ve been handing out access to people who were never qualified to be in your presence. You’ve known it. You felt it. And you kept letting it slide. That’s self-neglect disguised as loyalty. No more. Raise the bar. Mean it. Protect your space like it is sacred, because it sure the hell is.
And if they start switching up the moment you start standing up for yourself, let them. That reaction is the closure. They were never solid to begin with. Their access expired the moment they stopped appreciating it.

Hey Beautiful,

You already know what’s draining you. You’re just still trying to dress it up and call it love. You’ve been loyal to confusion, showing up for people who wouldn’t flinch if you fell. You keep trying to pull something whole out of something broken. But let’s call it what it is. You’ve been betraying yourself to keep a bond alive that should’ve died the first time they disrespected you.

You’re not stuck. You’re scared to leave a story unfinished. You keep replaying history hoping it’ll rewrite itself. But they’ve shown you who they are. And now it’s on you to believe it. Cut the cord. You don’t need closure from people who had every chance to act right and chose comfort instead.

And if they call you cold for finally putting yourself first, let them talk. That’s all they ever did anyway. Just make sure this time, they’re talking from the outside of your life, because they damn sure don’t deserve another seat at your table.

So many women are tired, overwhelmed, and burnt out—and can’t even say why.
But here’s what I’ve learned as a coach:
You can’t build peace if you’re still trying to live by someone else’s blueprint.

Most people never stop to ask:
🤷🏾‍♀️What does happiness feel like for me?
🤷🏾‍♀️What does a good life look like—on my terms?

Instead, they’re chasing a version of happiness shaped by:
• Childhood trauma
• Religion without healing
• Hustle culture
• Outdated gender roles
• Family guilt

Here’s your truth for today:
Happiness is personal. If you don’t define it, you’ll default to a version that was never meant for you.

Hey God,

We’re lifting HER up today—covering HER mind, HER heart, and HER spirit as SHE steps into this new month. June is here, and we’re calling it what it is: HER month of alignment, forward motion, and mental clarity. No more going in circles. No more playing small. This month, SHE moves different because HER mindset is different.

God, we ask that you give HER laser focus. Let HER not be distracted by what didn’t work, who didn’t show up, or what delayed HER progress. Instead, let HER eyes be fixed on HER purpose and HER power. Let HER be disciplined in HER thoughts, rooted in truth, and intentional in every move SHE makes.

This month, we pray for emotional freedom—the kind that allows HER to release what’s no longer serving HER and detach from patterns, people, and pressure that keep HER stuck. Let HER spirit be light, HER boundaries be strong, and HER energy be protected.

God, remind HER daily: SHE is not behind. SHE is not broken. SHE is not alone. SHE is becoming. And this month, SHE walks boldly in that truth.

We declare that June will be a month of clarity, peace, power, and breakthrough. May SHE feel HER growth in real time and know that the woman SHE is becoming is already within HER.

We thank you for bringing HER this far, for every lesson that has shaped HER, and for the resilience that continues to push HER forward.

Lord, we ask that this be the month where SHE leans into HER power and operates from a place of clarity and confidence. Let HER thoughts be rooted in faith, not fear. Let HER emotions be guided by wisdom, not worry. Let HER steps be ordered with intention, knowing that everything meant for HER is already aligned in your perfect timing.

This month, we pray that SHE releases self-doubt, negative thinking, and any mindset that keeps HER playing small. Remind HER that SHE is not just capable—SHE is chosen.
