- Registered Architect that is in a Sr. Project Architect or PM role and would be able to grow into an Associate Partner within a year or so.
- Local candidate and must have an existing local portfolio of Government, Commercial, and Higher Education projects.
- An entrepreneurial mindset works best for the corporate culture.
- Must have excellent client management skills for 25% maintenance and 70% Project Administration
- Excellent salary with bonus on work brought into firm
- Candidate must be a team player but have leadership and business skills and clearly would want to run a practice group.
