We’re excited to share that the Walker Mill CDC Youth Wellness and Opportunities Assessment has been selected as the winner of this year’s Best Community Engagement Award by the APA Maryland/Maryland Planning Commissioners Association (MPCA)!

Public Engagement Associates was proud to be part of the planning team behind this important project, working in partnership with Walker Mill CDC and our project partners to engage the community and better understand the needs, priorities, and opportunities for local youth.

This recognition reflects what can happen when community members, local organizations, planners, and engagement professionals work together to ensure residents have a meaningful voice in shaping the future of their community.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this collaborative effort!

The award will be presented on October 19 to M-NCPPC's Planning Assistance to Municipalities & Communities (PAMC) at the APA Maryland/MPCA Conference at Turf Valley Resort.
