We're entering an employment era that will likely value hard skills over soft skills. What's the difference?

-Hard skills are technical, measurable, and job-specific abilities that are typically acquired through education, training, or hands-on experience. They are often required for specific job roles and can be tested or quantified.

-Soft skills are personal, social, and emotional abilities that influence how someone interacts with others. They are harder to measure but critical for teamwork, leadership, and workplace culture.

Though both are important, our current socio-political reality appears to favor one over the other. In this reality, it is crucial you understand what you bring to the workforce economy.
