This milestone isn’t just a contract win — it’s a testament to resilience, reinvention, and relentless commitment to excellence.

Proud to Celebrate a Major Milestone with the City of Arlington, TX

Today we wrapped up Phase 3 of Executive Leadership Development with the top 26 leaders across the City of Arlington. Over the past six months, CLA delivered a strategic and highly tailored experience — powered by Cloverleaf data and assessments, custom leadership frameworks, individualized coaching, and data-driven development plans.

The results speak for themselves: stronger alignment, deeper self-awareness, clearer direction, and measurable movement toward the leadership culture Arlington is building for the future.

As this phase closes, we’re excited to move into the next stage — partnering with individual departments to continue driving meaningful, sustainable impact across the city.

A huge thank you to my teammate, Dr. Tony Richardson, for the incredible partnership and expertise throughout this work.

We are honored to celebrate the completion of our final 2025 FSU Panama City, FL PMP cohort—our largest class to date!

26 local leaders have dedicated themselves to upskilling and reskilling, bringing new knowledge, energy, and expertise to their organizations. We were also thrilled to welcome our first international student, reflecting the rapid growth and global reach of the program.

A huge shout out to the Courageous Leadership Alliance (CLA) and FSU teams for their dedication and hard work in making this program something truly special. We can’t wait to see what 2026 brings!

Exciting News from FSU Panama City!

We are proud to announce that Cohort 2 of our PMP program has successfully graduated, with all 16 participants completing the 35-hour PMI-required course!

Led by our expert Chief Instructor, Curtis Brown, these graduates are now fully prepared to tackle the PMP certification exam.

Cohort 3 is loading, and we can't wait to return this October!
