Hey all my bosses! I see ain't playing with the benefits, I like that they've partnered with a school to help employees navigate that process and then have a career for them when they finish. A lot of people go back to school and then go back to the same job they had. But if there's no career path attached to the tuition reimbursement program what's the point 🤔 I mean you can leave and find something better but again what would be the point 👉

Hey all my bosses, when you're a job developer it never leaves you so you're always thinking of how business closings affects the employees and their families. Shout out to for being a staple in the community and providing job and career opportunities 👏🏽 I'm going to miss the Starbucks but let's step our game up and provide more access to fresh foods in our black communities. has been my go to for a while but we're need even more within walking distance because we definitely live in a food desert in SE DC so I'm excited

Hey all my bosses! I can never stress this more, watch the company you keep, be sure they are like minded folk that push themselves as hard as they push you, they don't gatekeep, they share the knowledge, introducing you to the people you need to know and inviting you into spaces you wouldn't normally have access to- that's a network 😉

Hey all my bosses! It's real in the field, this entrepreneurship journey has been a wild ride, I have just completed my 5th year and you know what they say about that 5 year mark... it's only the infancy stages so it will be super rough waking up to feed it in the middle of the night, the colic, the crying... Am I talking about a business or a baby? Feels very similar, my business is learning to walk but still falls down every now and again, these days it's easier to get up because I know it's possible. I'm still watering these seeds and I am happy to say, No I'm not rich yet but that's never the goal but I didn't lose any money, I gained way more than I spent, my natural gifts have been carrying us 😌 Shout out to my homies that have been entrepreneurs and inspire me to keep going, yall the real mvps!
