Born and raised in Salem, Oregon, Andrew Larsen began a career in the Restaurant industry at age 14, Dishwashing at long time local hang out, J. In 2004, he moved to Denver, Colorado where he earned a AAS in Culinary Arts from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University and continued on to Vail, Colorado to pursue a life in the kitchen. use where he developed a passion for craft cocktails. His penchant for creating scratch made ingredients transitioned seamlessly from the kitchen to the bar. Focusing on fresh seasonal flavors and house made syrups, bitters, and liqueurs ensures you will enjoy every creation to the last drop. After making a move to Washington, DC in 2013, Andrew has worked with multiple new bars and restaurants, assisting with opening builds and participating in all aspects of a Bar/Restaurant Build out. Painting, Building, Stocking, Ordering, Menu Creation, Costing, Serving, Bartending. Currently Andrew is the bar manager at the The Royal, located in NW Washington, DC.
