Too many homeowners sign renovation contracts before they fully understand what they’re stepping into.

That’s why I started teaching this Renovation Planning Workshop.

It’s not about chasing trends. It’s about understanding scope, vetting contractors, structuring budget, and communicating clearly ...

while also learning how to articulate your vision, organize selections, and manage fixture and material purchases without losing the bigger picture.

Since 2019, this workshop has been hosted in more than 20 cities across 12 states and has supported hundreds of homeowners navigating renovation more steadily.

A portion of proceeds will benefit Ayuda, serving low-income immigrants in DC, Maryland, and Virginia since 1973.

If you’re planning a renovation — or even considering one — this may help you approach it with more clarity.

Early bird registration is open. Lunch is included.

Behind every “after” shot are HUNDREDS of small decisions.

This kitchen came together through careful material, color and finish selections. All finishes were chosen to create balance and warmth within the client's blue and gray color palette.

Always great teaming up with and collaborative homeowners on another successful project.
