Today I’m proud to officially celebrate the release of my new children’s book, Lincoln’s Lions, available on Amazon. 🦁

This project is deeply personal.

Lincoln’s Lions introduces young readers to the powerful legacy of Lincoln University and the extraordinary leaders who walked its campus, leaders who shaped history, challenged injustice, and elevated communities.

But this book is about more than history.

It’s about helping children see themselves as scholars, leaders, and difference-makers.

As an alumnus of Lincoln University, I’ve always carried the responsibility of honoring those who came before us. This book is one small way of passing that torch to the next generation.

If you believe children should see excellence reflected back to them…

This certification strengthens my ability to support leaders, teams, and organizations in deepening self-awareness, improving communication, and building more effective workplace relationships. The Everything DiSC® framework provides powerful, research-based insights that help individuals understand their behavioral style and learn how to adapt to others for stronger collaboration and results.

I have used DiSC as a leader and have found it to be an invaluable component of building highly effective teams. I’m excited to integrate these tools even more intentionally into my leadership coaching, professional development sessions, and organizational support work to help teams grow with intentionality and impact.
