A Heartfelt Thank You from the Italian Design Week

As the 5th edition of the Italian Design Week (IDW) concluded yesterday in Washington, D.c.

This year's theme, "Regeneration," brought together esteemed leaders from various sectors to foster impactful dialogue about the future of design and its role in addressing contemporary challenges. The presence of our ambassador, , further emphasized the significance of regeneration with his inspirational & unique speech.

A special thank you to the Italian Embassy, excellency , Deputy Head of the Italian Mission, for their unwavering support, along with our dedicated sponsors, whose contributions were vital in showcasing the brilliance of Italian design and industrial excellence.

I'm incredibly proud of all our award recipients at the "Champions of Regeneration" ceremony, who epitomize the values we aim to promote.

Thank you for joining us in this celebration of creativity, innovation, and cultural exchange. Together, we continue to strengthen the connections between Italy and the United States.

Italian design will shine in Washington, DC, on March 23, 2026, at the Italian Embassy, fostering cultural and economic dialogue between Italy and the United States with institutions, businesses, and policymakers.

Organized by IMARK with the Italian Embassy and the Italian Cultural Institute, this event highlights Made in Italy as a key player in navigating global shifts in trade.

Join us to explore the theme "Regeneration," led by renowned architect Mario Cucinella, who will demonstrate how technological innovation and environmental responsibility can create a new regenerative economy. An exhibition of his work will also be inaugurated, linking architectural research and cultural diplomacy.

The event will include collaboration with OICE, emphasizing the role of Made in Italy in U.S. infrastructure and industrial development, and enhancing Italy's status as a leading technological partner in international markets.
