When we can catch our breath, we'll do some posts about all the many reasons NOT to direct bury your service wires. In the mean time, we've been staying busy this month doing things right, trenching, laying conduit and pulling wire, to make sure the customers financial investment pays off for the long run. If we made a social media post, for every emergency service repair from a failed or damaged direct buried underground line, our page would be on repeat many days.
Shout out to Leo's Excavating for once again, working us into their schedule for the 170' of trenching. Our customer is grateful for the coordination between Stateline, Leo's and POPUD. Thanks also to linemen like Jimmy (among the other fantastic linemen), who are quick to respond and remain personable and helpful when a customer is in a crisis. Being elderly and being on oxygen full time, means power is an essential need. We're honored this customer trusts us, to coordinate and oversee the solution.
