Save the date! The upcoming Ma*****na Control Board (MCB) meeting will take place on February 5th and 6th in our State Capital. We strongly encourage attendees to join in person and participate in public comment. This meeting also presents an excellent opportunity to connect with your legislators and discuss key industry concerns as the legislative session resumes on January 21st.

Once again, On Friday, October 4th CannaBasics classes start at UAA. I have the honor of creating and teaching for the third year in a row. In my course I educate my students on the everything from the history of cannabis, laws and regulations, cultivation best practices and to how to accurately infuse your next batch of brownies and know how many milligrams you are serving your guests and baking a batch together in our culinary kitchen.

I need your help! I need help getting the word out about this class, I want to fill this class to its max capacity. But my hands are tied in advertising. There is still a lot of stigma around cannabis and this has prevented me gaining permission to advertise in certain ways to reach larger audiences. Help me change cannabis views one class at a time and share this post! Often times my students are not the ones you would assume they would be. Most of my students have little to no experience with cannabis. Nothing brings me more satisfaction then educating and changing stigma about cannabis. Help me help our community and share this post.
