Phase 2 - Spencer Community Stage. Your opinion matters! Would you support this project? To accomplish the goal of providing shelter for the people who attend a function, the stage roof would extend approximately to the end of the current black top. This would allow for events to happen rain or shine. It would provide shade and also an additional place for families to gather for private events. It could be fenced off for events that have a cost to attend. Bathrooms have also been engineered and considered in the proposals. This would be a community funded project with the help of any grants that could be obtained. Contact the Village Office at 715-659-5423 for more information.
