Dean’s work at Innovation Woodworking is special because it is so much like him. It is honest, steady, skilled, and built with real care. After 23 years at the mill, he stepped away from that chapter three years ago and put his hands fully into woodworking. I have watched him take what he learned through years of hands-on work, along with his machining degree from Haywood Community College, and turn it into craftsmanship you can see in every cabinet, piece of furniture, and custom project he builds. He has a way of noticing the details other people might miss, from how a piece should fit to how it will be used every day. He does not rush the work. He takes pride in doing it right, and that is what makes his pieces feel personal, solid, and made to last. - Lorelei

This will be our next project. Our client wants to turn this blank wall into a special place to display his prized possessions. We started with a hand drawing, then used AI to help bring the concept to life visually. Lorelei is our AI guru, and she helped us see the vision before the work begins. It will be made from Douglas Fir to match the existing wood in the home.
