✨ Now Hiring: STNA/CNA (PRN / Part-Time) ✨

Root & Rise Home is looking for a reliable, compassionate STNA/CNA to assist with in-home client visits.

This role includes:

• Assisting with all ADLs including bathing,
dressing, toileting and incontinence care
• Companionship
• Creating a calm, respectful environment for clients

This is a PRN/flexible position perfect for someone who values a low-stress, supportive work environment.

💲 Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)

Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check
• Experience with hands on care, preferably with strong nursing home skills
• Patient, kind, and dependable

NEW: Private-Pay RN Services (Separate from Non-Medical Care)

Root & Rise Home Update

In addition to our non-medical home care services, Root & Rise Home now offers Private-Pay Registered Nurse (RN) Services for individuals and families who need skilled nursing support at home.

🔹 These RN services are separate from our non-medical home care services
🔹 Services are provided by a licensed Registered Nurse
🔹 Care is delivered within RN scope of practice, per existing provider orders when required
🔹 Services are private-pay only and are not billed to insurance

Private-Pay RN Services may include:
• Skilled nursing assessments & monitoring
• Wound care & dressing changes (per provider orders)
• Medication setup, education & adherence support
• Post-hospital or post-procedure follow-up visits
• Chronic condition monitoring
• Care coordination & advocacy
• Family education & support

These services are ideal for families who need more consistent, hands-on nursing support than traditional home health can provide.
