The right people change everything!

We are excited to welcome Paul Doucet to the effortlo team where he will be helping organizations rethink how they access security expertise and reduce the effort required to run effective security programs.

Nobody understands better than Paul the challenges security leaders face today: finding the right expertise, navigating slow procurement cycles, and being expected to move fast when it matters most. Paul will work directly with new effortlo customers to help them rethink how they approach these challenges — reducing friction, accelerating engagement, and enabling organizations to move faster when solving complex security problems.

Paul brings nearly 20 years of global security and risk management experience, including leadership roles with International SOS and Control Risks, where he supported organizations operating across Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. His work included assessing evolving threats, managing high-risk security escalations, and implementing practical solutions to protect people, assets, and operations in complex environments.

More recently, Paul has combined his operational security background with business development and sales leadership, helping organizations strengthen performance and growth through his Sandler Training Center in Toronto. This unique blend of operational credibility and commercial expertise makes him an ideal partner for customers looking to simplify how they solve security challenges.

At effortlo, Paul will be working with customers to help them reduce friction across their security programs, connect with trusted experts, and unlock the full potential of the effortlo platform.
