Bat Cave, NC SOURWOOD hot off the presses!! Whoooo so excited!

This year the basswood failed (which I was very sad about) but this means more pure sourwood frames I get to train my taste buds on!

Pulling honey and extracting all this week! 🍯🍯🍯

Beeing in a hive and extracting honey during a flow, is a most intense and sensual experience.
Standing here and taking this picture after being in the thick of hive activity and little urgent bee deliveries-with humidity and heat rising, infusing the summer swelter with honey drips and wax slaps….
Gods this ambrosia makes me weak in the knees.
Diving into the steady thrum and buzz and roar of the hive that is in love with itself and all that is around it.
then inhaling this otherworldly cacophony that is permeating out of warmed hive bodies and is woven of pheromones and flower s3gs juices and pollen ferments and warm fuzzy vibrating bee bodies and jubilee
I can’t even… I am very blessed!
Thank you, little wee dragons 🐉 🐝💙

Some of the sweetest alchemy is experienced here, by Bee and Keeper.

Sweet shout out my friend , Michelle who caught this moment and is one of my biggest fans and supporters and a great friend to boot!

Thanks for geeking out about bees with me! I appreciate our friendship more and more and am excited to see it grow!

Shoutout to who’s bees we were feeding! And for providing us to have a magical, bee-filled New Years Eve hangout.

And as always,
Long Live the Bees ! And Their Keepers !

I have recently suffered a concussion and am taking it easy. Soundbathing my head in the air that is buzz-full-of-bees actually felt pretty good.

The weather is weird and alarming. Bees are doing what they can.

I love these resilient beeings so much.

Excuse me looking a hot mess.

Have you ever held bees and rubbed them through your fingers?

One of my favorite ways to connect with these dragons and come back into my body.
It’s actually very calming for me and really brings me into the Moment.
Plus I get to pet them! And FEEL their communication. They buzz and chirp and twitch and lick and chew run all around. Talking all the time!

Did you know bees communicate through vibration (sound) and scent?
And did you know that there are chakras (heart chakras) in the palms of your hands?
When I hold the bees like this, I feel their warm little bodies, their tiny dancing feet and their proboscii lapping at my skin. I can feel their buzzing and ticking and gyrating. Simply put, I can FEEL them talking.
I wonder at what’s being said in this ancient bee language. Are they talking to me? I wonder....Maybe so and maybe not...
But I talk to them. I hold them on my heart chakra and speak love to them and healing. Not really so much with words but with my intentions and thoughts and with the simple (but EXTREMELY POWERFUL) offering of my Presence.
I AM the Loving Witness.
I AM the Holy Observer.
I AM the Willing Servant.
As above, so below. What is given is returned. I give them my gratitude and love and feel it returned to me. 😍
Thank you Tiny Ancient Beeings!
May your Hive Grow and Flourish with the Bounty and Love of this Earth 🐝💙❤️
