Great Read

The person who hurt you should not get to decide who you become. This is where the battle for your peace becomes practical.

The culture trains us to accuse. Jesus trained His disciples to wash feet.

In John 13, Jesus knelt in a room with Judas, who would betray Him, and Peter, who would deny Him. He was not unaware. He was not weak. He simply refused to let their coming failure change His love.

That confronts accusation. The atmosphere of Jesus cleanses people; the atmosphere of the accuser labels them.

Ask yourself: Am I trying to cleanse this situation or prosecute this person? Am I moving toward truth and restoration, or feeding contempt? Ask whether your words are washing feet or prosecuting a person.

The goal is not to avoid every offense. That is impossible. The goal is to become the kind of person whose love is no longer controlled by the failures of others.

Someone’s tone feels different.
A text seems short.
A conversation feels “off.”

And before we know it, our minds have filled in all the blanks with a story that may not even be true.🤦‍♀️

Proverbs 18:13 says, “To answer before listening - that is folly and shame.” 📖

Sometimes the healthiest, most loving thing we can do is simply ask:

“Did I misunderstand you?”
“Is everything okay?”
“Can you help me understand what you meant?”

So many unnecessary hurts could be avoided if we chose curiosity before conclusions, listening before reacting, and grace before assuming the worst.

Lord, help us be people who are quick to listen, slow to speak, and willing to seek understanding.🤎🙏✝️

These are so good and I can remeber moments like these as a kid!

To every mother who feels unseen in the daily routine of caring, cooking, cleaning, teaching, comforting, praying, and loving—never forget that heaven sees it all.

Your ministry is not limited to a church stage, a microphone, or a platform. Sometimes, the holiest work happens in kitchens, living rooms, late-night prayers, and gentle conversations around the table.

Every hug, every sacrifice, every patient correction, every whispered prayer over your children is planting seeds that can last for generations.

God entrusted those hearts to you for a reason.
So when the days feel repetitive or exhausting, remember this: nurturing your family is sacred work too.

You are not “just a mom.”
You are shaping souls, building a home filled with love, and reflecting the heart of Christ in the ordinary moments.

And that kind of ministry matters deeply to God. 💕

Growth with God is not always comfortable. Sometimes He removes distractions, unhealthy attachments, toxic habits, and even places you once begged Him to keep. Why? Because God cares more about your holiness than your comfort.

Pray for discernment when things begin to change in your life. Not every closed door is punishment—some are protection. Not every loss is rejection—some are redirection.

When God starts cleaning your life, trust His process. He only removes what could interfere with who He is calling you to become. 🤍🙏🏻

For a long time, I confused control with strength….

I thought being “strong” meant handling everything myself, refusing help, overthinking every outcome, and trying to carry the full weight of life on my own shoulders.

But eventually I realized that constantly needing control is exhausting - and often rooted more in fear than faith.

Some of the hardest seasons of my life came from resisting what God was trying to teach me, while desperately trying to force my own plans, timing, or understanding.

And some of the deepest peace I’ve ever experienced came when I finally surrendered and trusted God enough to say:

“Okay Lord… Your way, not mine.”🙏🤎

Alright mamas, this week we are praying for our child’s salvation.

That they would come to know Jesus, love Him, and walk with Him all their days.

Use these prayer points to cover your child in prayer, and these verses to speak truth over their life.

And if you have been looking for a community of moms raising godly kids and praying for them each week, you are in the right place.

So glad you are here. Let’s keep praying 💕
