Caroline Conlin is a founding partner specializing in business operations and vendor management. She maintains a deep understanding of the local market dynamics built on her experience working for one of the top real estate brokers in Massachusetts. Caroline has lived in the Wellesley/Needham, MA, area for the past 20 years, raising her three young adult children in the community. Outside of work, she is a fitness enthusiast and devoted dog lover.

Yesterday, tenants reported that their air conditioning unit had stopped working. Within hours, Devaney Energy was on site to assess the situation. The culprit was a clogged filter, which restricted airflow, causing the coils to freeze and the system to shut down.

After replacing the filter and allowing the unit to fully defrost for 24 hours, the system is running efficiently once again.

A great reminder that regular filter changes are key to preventing costly and uncomfortable air conditioning issues.
