This is an herbal blend and is non-caffeinated.

🌊 Water Magic in the Pool! 🌊

One of my favorite types of magic is water magic!

I’ve always loved the water and have found that a lot of my favorite places to find peace are around some sort of body of water.

Even some of my fave spells use the element of water.

Water has proven to help me ease nerves & anxiety, release feelings of sadness & even anger at times.

But it has also been great in helping me bring in positive feelings & to aid in manifestation.

You can draw shapes in water and pictures of things you would like to manifest into your life.

And also draw things away, as I do in this reel.

Try this out for yourself and share with me your experience in the comments!

1. Find your center, by doing a floating meditation (if you can’t float lay on the top step where you can stay safe, but still emerged in the water)

2. Use your right hand to create a circle around you for protection & think of what you want to release.

3. Move BOTH hands side to side & then crossing each other against the water and say, “I am now free of ______.”

4. Push the water away from your body (preferable towards one of the drainage systems inside the pool) and imagine it being released from your energy field.

5. Think of a positive feeling/thought/thing you want in your life and submerge your whole self in the water for a quick dip.

6. As you rise out of the water, say aloud or in your mind, “Thank you” (3x) and “…And so it is.”

7. Then live in that positive reality as you go for a swim!

Happy Friday the 13th! I am sending lots of luck & protection energies your way today.

I posted about something yesterday that is extra special to me… I am now offering Guardian Connection Readings!!!

This has been a long time coming for me, as I have been able to connect to souls of loved ones who have passed since I was younger.

I have now gained enough confidence to offer this service to those who would like to receive it.
