Hello! Many clients have reached out to me wondering about the arrival of puppies! I thought I would share here that Wren welcomed 6 beautiful and healthy pups on Friday, May 1st. Mom and pups are doing well!

I will remain out of the office until Monday, May 18th but am back to checking emails and navigating appointments as needed.

Staying positive, allowing ourselves to feel content and to have self-talk that says "I am enough..." is tough to maintain in a world where we are inundated with self-improvement, anti-aging, be better, do more, etc. etc.

Our antidote - be judicious in what you surround yourself with socially and make intentional efforts to seek out resources that instead of an underlying message of "You need to do this to be this..." says "You are a wonderfully, imperfect person who is enough...just as we all are."
