The CBG Memorial Scholarship is in memory of Carolyn B. Govan. She found her passion through media and radio/broadcasting. Her soft spirit, calming essence, and enlightening soul brightened every room she went into, and she constantly served as an inspiration for all. She will be missed, but never forgotten. This scholarship was established to honor Carolyn’s life and memory, and will fund educational opportunities for local students pursuing Radio/Broadcasting Communication.
