BSI designs and builds plastic tanks, plating equipment, and engineered solutions for industries that demand quality, precision, and reliability. has fabricated high quality custom plastic equipment for the plating, chemical and waste water requirements. We produce plastic (Polypropylene, PVC, CPVC, and HDPE) equipment such as plating tanks, plating lines, modules, vent hoods, plating barrels, waste water equipment and custom fabricated equipment in stainless steel (304, 316 and 316L grades). BSI's experienced, dedicated professionals will craft unique fabrications or modify or duplicate existing work.

BSI custom fabricated Cascade tank - 0.50" polypropylene material, 3 station tank with adjustable panels. L x W x H. 2=dividers. Each station gets an adjustable overflow wall. 304 SS hardware, 6= 1" FNPT outlets, one in each station and overflow chamber. Pictured with and without lid.

While production was at lunch I stepped in to get some pictures. This is a custom fabricated 60 GPM clarifier, 1" polypropylene, it is 144" x 96" x 120" tall with safety blue epoxy painted steel supports. Overflow on 3 sides with adjustable overflows. Flow tank on side, drains connection Floc tank to clarifier. Catwalk with ladder on side of tank.

This is a zinc rack plating line, customized to our customers needs. The majority of their product are plated using a rack line. However, they do get some products that need to be plated in a barrel.

These adjustable anode bars help meet the required plating times, necessary for either rank or barrel items.

We get so overwhelmed by edited videos that we decided to do a real, unedited, video. We sell quality equipment, not quality videos 😄

This is a custom fabricated of 1" Euro gray co-polypro tank with vent hoods, OD is 426" x 89" x 99.75" (that's more than 35' long, almost 7.5' wide and just over 8' tall)
