To share a little background about myself and my experience.. I have been around the veterinary field since early childhood. From the age of 6 and up, I spent years observing and learning within veterinary environments, gaining firsthand exposure to animal care, medical procedures, and rehabilitation.
I grew up witnessing everything from spay and neuter surgeries to diagnostic imaging, emergency cases, parasite prevention, and the realities of neglect and illness in animals. Those experiences gave me a deep respect for veterinary medicine and shaped the passion I have today for animal welfare and rescue.
Over the years, I have continued expanding my knowledge through hands-on experience, rescue involvement, rehabilitation efforts, and working alongside individuals experienced in animal care.
Ivy’s League was created with the goal of providing compassionate, responsible, small-scale rescue efforts focused on the wellbeing and proper placement of animals in need. My focus will always remain on quality care, education, and advocacy for the animals entrusted to me. 🖤

This sweet senior girl is looking for a loving home to spend her golden years in. 💕
She is 10 years old, fixed, healthy, and has no medical issues or medications. She’s good with other dogs and has no behavioral issues other than being used to being a little spoiled and loved on. 😊
She would do best in a home without small children, where she can enjoy a calmer environment and get the love and attention she deserves. Senior dogs still have so much love left to give, and she would make an amazing companion for the right person. 🐶

🚨Need Placement🚨

This sweet girl is looking for the right placement where she can truly thrive. She is a very loyal, loving dog with a huge personality once she feels safe and comfortable. 💛

✨ About Her:
• Very talkative, cuddly, energetic, and full of sass
• High-strung but extremely loyal to her people
• Does not like loud noises or raised voices
• House trained & crate trained ✅
• No known medical issues
• May need updated vaccines (last ones were about a year ago)
• Has never bitten or attempted to bite anyone

🐶 Dog Compatibility:
• Can warm up to bigger dogs, but needs slow introductions
•NOT good with small dogs
• NOT good with cats — she wants to play and doesn’t understand boundaries

👧 Children:
• Best with older children (6+) because she gets excited and may jump

🏡 Ideal Home:
• No cats
• No tiny children
• Preferably calm environment
• Patient caretakers willing to give her time to adjust and build trust

🚨 Ivy’s League Rescue — Rescue/Foster Placement Needed 🚨

This sweet senior boy just lost his owner after they sadly passed away, and he is now urgently needing rescue or foster placement. 💔

He is believed to be a Basset Hound/Lab mix, approximately 10–12 years old. According to the family:
• He is vetted and up to date on vaccines
• Comes with medications, bowls, and supplies
• May be going blind / experiencing vision loss
• Needs a quiet, calm environment
• NO children
• NO other dogs
• Loves to rest and sleep

He has been through a huge life change and is struggling with all the noise and stress around him. At his age, he deserves peace, comfort, and someone patient enough to help him through this transition.

We are currently searching for:
🏡 A rescue willing to step in
🏡 A calm foster home
🏡 Or a senior-experienced placement

Located near Wheelersburg, Ohio. The family stated veterinary records should be available through Wheelersburg Vet.

This cat recently showed up at someone’s home and is now experiencing swelling around the head that appears to be getting worse. We are concerned this could be an abscess, injury, infection, or another medical issue requiring veterinary attention.

At this time, we are searching for reputable rescue placement for this kitty as soon as possible.

There is something so refreshing about working with someone who truly loves and advocates for their fur baby. 🖤
My new client has gone above and beyond to make sure their baby is safe, cared for, and set up for the best possible future..and honestly, that kind of dedication deserves recognition. In a world where animals are too often treated as disposable, seeing someone fight this hard for their pet is genuinely beautiful.
You can tell a lot about a person by the way they love their animals, and this baby is very clearly loved. 🐾
