Party Trailer - table and chair rental
I have available for rent:
100 - Lifetime commercial folding chairs - $2.50 ea
14 - 8' long Lifetime commercial tables - $12 ea
4 - 5' diameter Lifetime commercial round tables - $12 ea
I also have cloth table covers that overhang 15" all around the tables available for a nominal fee. Using them may help reduce your effort in cleaning the tables before return. I have enough black and red table covers for the 8' long tables, but only have black ones for the round tables.

basic rate - $32 for 8 chairs and 1 table (round or rectangular) -
All tables and chairs are White and were purchased NEW in February of 2026 so as of now they are perfect condition.
All are loaded in an enclosed cargo trailer. Rent the whole "Party Trailer" for the day for $450 which includes all the tables and chairs and tablecloths. Additional day(s) for setup and teardown for a discounted rate.
I will deliver (no charge if local) and pickup the trailer if you rent it all. Delivery may be available for small rentals - very reasonable charge if local either West Unity, Ohio or Hamilton, Indiana areas. All delivery fees based on mileage.
The 2026 and part of the 2027 rental calendar is filling up so get ahold of us if you want on the books! Deposit required to secure your rental date as well as a signed rental agreement. I accept cash, check or Venmo.

You break it, you bought it policy. Extra refundable damage/cleaning deposit may be required depending on the type of event. I expect them to come back as clean as you got them.
