One of our core values at Become More Group is It’s About Them—and sometimes, we get to see that value lived out in pretty incredible ways.

Every year, one of our teammates pours an enormous amount of time and energy into helping kids start the school year with confidence. She sources thousands of backpacks and pairs of shoes and partners with Blast Back to School and the Ames Police Department to make sure those essentials get into the hands of kids who need them.

It’s a huge undertaking. And it’s a powerful example of what “It’s About Them” can look like beyond the workday: noticing a need, using what you have to help, and putting other people at the center of the effort.

We’re pretty proud to have people on our team who live our values in ways that reach far beyond BMG. 💛
