Another unit turn completed by Get-HER-Done!

This one was a big one, and we tackled a little bit of everything to get this unit ready for its next chapter.

We completed:

- Extensive painting and paint touch-ups throughout the unit
- Mudding and sanding
- Door repairs and full painting of the basement door
- Garbage disposal replacement
- Tub cartridge replacement and plumbing repairs
- New basement ceiling tiles and an additional support brace
- Built and installed a new back railing
- Gutter cleaning
- Trimming of bushes and yard cleanup
- Removal of garbage and job-related debris
- General cleanup after all work was completed

We handled the repairs, maintenance, painting, and turnover preparation, leaving the unit ready for the professional deep cleaning that will be completed next.

Another unit turn checked off the list!

A Little Get-HER-Done Update!

As Get-HER-Done continues to grow, I'm making some changes to focus on the work I really enjoy and the services where I can provide the most value to homeowners and property owners.

Moving forward, I'm focusing more on:

Rental Unit Turnovers
From move-out to rent-ready — cleaning, painting, repairs, touch-ups, maintenance and everything in between.

Mini-Split & Heat-Pump Cleaning
Helping homeowners, landlords and property owners keep their systems clean and properly maintained.

Property Maintenance & Repairs
Small repairs, painting, drywall, caulking, carpentry and general property upkeep.

Deck Repair & Restoration
Board replacement, prep, staining and painting.

Home Buying & Selling Prep
Buying or selling a home? I can help take care of those smaller repairs, touch-ups and maintenance items that need to be addressed before a home hits the market, before closing, or after an inspection.

I'll still take on other projects when they're a good fit, but I'm stepping away from routine lawn care, landscaping and new deck construction so I can put more time and energy into the services I really want to build.

I'm especially looking forward to working with homeowners, landlords, property owners, investors, realtors and property managers who need someone reliable they can call when a property needs attention.

And this is just the beginning! I'm working toward expanding Get-HER-Done's property services throughout Southern Maine and eventually into New Hampshire, with the long-term goal of providing comprehensive property support.

If you own a rental property, are buying or selling a home, manage properties, or know someone who could use a reliable property-maintenance company, I'd love to connect!
