A Little Get-HER-Done Update!

As Get-HER-Done continues to grow, I'm making some changes to focus on the work I really enjoy and the services where I can provide the most value to homeowners and property owners.

Moving forward, I'm focusing more on:

Rental Unit Turnovers
From move-out to rent-ready — cleaning, painting, repairs, touch-ups, maintenance and everything in between.

Mini-Split & Heat-Pump Cleaning
Helping homeowners, landlords and property owners keep their systems clean and properly maintained.

Property Maintenance & Repairs
Small repairs, painting, drywall, caulking, carpentry and general property upkeep.

Deck Repair & Restoration
Board replacement, prep, staining and painting.

Home Buying & Selling Prep
Buying or selling a home? I can help take care of those smaller repairs, touch-ups and maintenance items that need to be addressed before a home hits the market, before closing, or after an inspection.

I'll still take on other projects when they're a good fit, but I'm stepping away from routine lawn care, landscaping and new deck construction so I can put more time and energy into the services I really want to build.

I'm especially looking forward to working with homeowners, landlords, property owners, investors, realtors and property managers who need someone reliable they can call when a property needs attention.

And this is just the beginning! I'm working toward expanding Get-HER-Done's property services throughout Southern Maine and eventually into New Hampshire, with the long-term goal of providing comprehensive property support.
