The Pressure Valve is a workshop that focus on giving people a way to release some of the confusing & challenging feelings about our crazy, mixed up world. Sometimes you just need to offload some of that stress and making art is a great way to do that!

“You’re talking about things that don’t have words”

The Creative Arts Therapy legislation that was meant to be included in this year’s NY state budget has failed once again, but we KNOW how powerful and healing this work is.

We will try again, for as long as it takes, and hopefully Governor Kathy Hochul will fix this gap in services for New Yorkers.

Love this! You don’t need to dominate the difficult moment with your teen- you need to LEAD the moment. Model regulation. And if that’s not available at that exact moment, you can revisit when you can lead
