Cycle 17 is almost at the finish line, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Join us for ELLA’s Cycle 17 Graduation on Thursday, September 10 as we celebrate the incredible women who have spent the last six months learning, growing, building connections and putting their leadership into action.

We’re also excited to welcome our graduation speaker, Ariana Hoet, PhD, Executive Clinical Director of The Kids Mental Health Foundation. Dr. Hoet is a clinical psychologist, professor, national voice for children’s mental health and proud Venezuelan immigrant whose work has made a meaningful impact in the Spanish-speaking and Latino community. She has been recognized as a Distinguished Hispanic Ohioan and for her work supporting children, families and communities.

We’re so excited to have her with us as we celebrate this next chapter for our Cycle 17 mentees.

Cycle 17 is almost officially a wrap!

We are so proud of this group of women and everything they have accomplished over the past six months. From workshops and conversations to their community impact projects, it has been so special to watch them learn, grow, and support each other along the way.

A big thank you to all of the speakers and professionals who shared their time, knowledge, and experience with our mentees this cycle. Your support makes this program what it is.

We’re so proud of Cycle 17 and the work they put into their Community Impact Projects. They asked, they listened, they connected, and they brought thoughtful ideas to the table.

A huge thank you to Central Ohio Worker Center - Centro de Trabajadores de Central Ohio for welcoming our mentees into your world and giving them the opportunity to learn more about your work, hear directly from the community, and think through ways to strengthen and improve your programs.

Last night was one for the books.

We were so excited to see a full house for our Cycle 17 Community Impact Projects, and even more excited to see the incredible work our mentees put together. From the presentations to the conversations that followed, it was such a great reminder of what happens when people come together and make space for new ideas.

Thank you to our community for showing up, asking questions, listening, and supporting our mentees. A huge thank you to Central Ohio Workers Union for partnering with us and helping make the evening possible.
