Chief Clinical Officer / Co-Founder- Beverly Barclay, Ph.D

Dr. Barclay has been a dedicated professional in the behavioral health field since 1995, with a career spanning various settings, including prisons, rehabilitation centers, treatment facilities, community mental health organizations, and residential programs. Her extensive experience includes program management and development, clinical supervision and oversight, curriculum creation, compliance and performance improvement, and leadership roles such as Program and Clinical Director, in addition to providing direct client care.

Dr. Barclay has worked across multiple states in the U.S. and internationally, with a specialized focus on addressing trauma, including mass traumas and specialty diagnoses. She integrates her years of expertise into program and agency management, team development, and curriculum creation.

Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder- Lisa Lerma, MS

As a leadership driven professional, Lisa received her B.S. at California Lutheran University in Organizational Leadership and a M.S at the University of La Verne in Leadership and Management with an emphasis in Organizational Develpoment and Human Resource Management. Having been on the receiving end of good and bad leadership over the years, it fueled a desire to become a leader of significance.

Lisa has worked in the behavioral health field since 2004, starting at the young age of 21, working with at-risk youth in a residential treatment setting and non-public school. In 2010, she shifted populations, serving adults who suffer from substance abuse and mental health disorders. Over the years, she has held many roles within the treatment space, from being a direct care staff to human resource management to administration, working her way up to executive leadership. Lisa has successfully licensed, accredited and operated detox, residential, and intensive outpatient levels of care programs across southern California.

Her organizational success has been a result of building high performance teams that deliver a quality work product. Founding OmniPsych was the next logical move in her career. Lisa's strengths and experience include organizational leadership, strategic planning, performance improvement, continuous quality improvement and organizational optimization. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, she is committed to educating and facilitating organizational growth within the community so that patient care is superior, delivered by quality individuals.
