Out with the steel and in with the new...

The customer called with concerns about a "water filled sink hole" in the yard. With some investigation, it turned out to be the old steel septic tank.

Removing the old steel tank and replacing it with a new concrete one has given them almost instant relief.

While there with our equipment, they asked for a little regrading of the back and side yards, which also provided us our construction access.

Now, with the tank replaced and the yard regraded and loamed, these customers are so excited to enjoy their new yard this summer for drinks and BBQs.

Ferncos are not elbows ...

The original installers bent the pipe in a fernco to make it work.

Doing this causes the pipes to not align properly and creates a lip, causing a snag point for soilds and paper.

The plastic pipe also settled at the fernco, only allowing 50% of the pipe flow through the 2 4" pipes. Ultimately causing back up issues for them.

We simply removed the old fernco and pipe. Installed a new fernco properly and a double 22° drop fixing all the issues and free flowing system again.

✔️A little demo
✔️Digging and backfilling a few new foundations
✔️All new utilities (gas, underground electric and water)
✔️Design and installation of a new septic system, a roof drainage, and an entirely new perimeter drain with waterproofing
✔️The finish grading

People pick up on it right away when you first meet. shows you care and are willing to do what's necessary to get things done. Work ethic is more than just accomplishing the job for recognition but also a mindset to do it flawless when when no one is watching.... embrace the grind
