I've been to the UK many times but never like this! My 2nd GEMBA elective was an exchange with CEIBS! Crossing the UK in 5 days we learned focused on retail, sports, and politics in Manchester, Needwood, Coventry, and London.

The reoccurring leadership messages that struck me were the balance between hard and soft power, and the discipline of intentional decision-making. The UK does business differently.

We played we listened, we searched. And I retain an experience that shapes how I think about leadership, AND how I show up as an advisor whose soft power, intentional choices, and capacity boundaries are a part of the value I bring.

A lifelong dream has been to go to China. GEMBA elective brought me to Shanghai!

What I thought I'd learn was given a new lens. China is a place for both selling and innovation. Operating as an ecosystem- politically centralized, economically decentralized. A battleground for market share; with the biggest companies blurring the lines between industries served and one of the most robust supplier networks and local sourcing I've ever seen.

Thank you for welcoming us to your home campus. And a tearful cheers to our journey coming to an end, with the best professors and support!

I've been blizscaled! 🤓🫨

GEMBA Module 6 in Silicon Valley changed my life. My intellectual and social limits were tested and expanded.

You would think the biggest takeaway would be about code, algorithms, or capital. It wasn't.

The Valley moves fast not because of the tech, but because of the culture. It boils down to trust, network, and empathy. They move intentionally but do not wait for perfection.

I saw that the true currency of disruptive innovation is the power of good leadership.

GEMBA Module 5 brought me to Singapore 🇸🇬

Leading Across Boarders was the theme of the module and the alignment between what I'm learning and the need for Gebanah has never felt so strong.

Foundational modules were done. And so began the accelerate in The City That Never Sleeps. GEMBA Module 4 NYC focused on managing value creation. In a mere two weeks we completed 5 courses, 5 site visits, 2 panels, and a trip to the USMA at West Point.

Hearing from Lt. Bill Keegan about the 9/11 WTC recovery during 9/11 was something I'll never forget. He helped get us through Sandy Hook. I am eternally grateful for Bill.

I am fortunate. Happy 15 years in NYC, IESE! is the best school ever. You can't change my mind. GEMBA Module 5, here I come!!!

GEMBA M2: From quantum computing to Reina Sofía School of Music, Module 2 in Madrid transformed how I decode business. 🧐💡

In May we completed five courses, 30 case studies, three site visits, cultural tours, executive speakers, team exams, and so much more! I hope you've been enjoying my journey.

I feel beyond fortunate to have this opportunity. Huge thank you to the Global Executive MBA team for making this journey enriching and impactful. Module 3 in Munich will be posted next!

Not my house, but I know my way around. The weeks spent at were transformational.

I've embarked on a professional and personal journey: IESE Global Executive MBA. My cohort of 28 completed: 5 courses, 39 sessions, 28 case studies, workshops, peer coaching, experiential learnings, team building activities, and more. It is hard to put into words the imprint Module 1 has had on me.

Thank you to the GEMBA team, coaches, mentors and Professors! You have worked tirelessly to ensure excellence, integrity, and service. There is no question of why rates this the #4 Executive program in the world. This is real leadership.
