Happy New Year! I hope you all were able to enjoy time with one another during Christmas and New Year. I am very grateful that it was quiet here at Unlimited Net during that time.

Many upgrades have occurred this past year and I have sent emails out to our customers to highlight those upgrades for those who might be interested in what's going on behind the scenes here!

Yesterday we wrapped up our last install for 2023! We will be taking a break to spend extra time to celebrate with family during this Christmas and New Year season. I am grateful for all of our new customers that came onboard this year. Our office will be closed now through January 1, 2024. As always, we will continue to monitor our network 24/7. I want to take an opportunity to let you know how grateful we are to have you as part of the Unlimited Net family. This month we celebrate six years of serving our communities with broadband access to the Internet! It is a sincere honor and privilege to service you and we couldn't do it without our wonderful Site Partners hosting our equipment on their properties.

We will be officially closed this Thanksgiving and Friday following. As always, we will continue to monitor the network 24/7. May you have a blessed Thanksgiving this year!

Photo of the Day… I’ve been to the top of the stairs with a handrail on 1 of our grain bins many times but I’ve never even made it halfway up our grain leg ladder. Nathan however took this shot at sunset with an iPhone from the top of our grain leg several years ago.. He & Jason from Unlimited Net have seen the view from up here many times! I’m happy to admire this view through their lens only! Happy Friday friends!

Exciting news for our Westport area customers! We are working towards adding additional capacity and redundancy to feed our Westport tower. If you're an existing customer, expect added reliability and the ability to upgrade service packages.

If you have been on our waiting list, we will reach out and let you know when we can take you on. To get extra info, text your name and service address to 812.546.1001!

This upgrade will also bring an additional tower loop / redundancy into our Grammer area tower.

We are so grateful for our linemen and their support teams here in Bartholomew County!

With this last round of storms we have 1,800 Members out. We are starting to assess & calling in contractors and mutual aid.

While Elliott storms in around Christmas, our network is staying up! Lots of upgrades have taken place this year to prevent outages or degraded network quality during storms. Just remember, there are chances that things can go down in these below freezing temperatures, including the utility power.

This month our locally owned and operated company celebrated its 5th year in business and with the help of so many of you, we have been able to provide more and more families with broadband Internet service. We are thankful for customers like you, willing to help their neighbors and work together for the betterment of our rural community.
