Shirk as Principal of our fractional human resources (HR) and organizational effectiveness (OE) services. Kate Shirk brings unique experience and skills to the team, offering new perspectives and capabilities that round out our organization in serving our clients.

Her work with C-suite leaders on HR strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness will define high-impact talent and drive business performance. Her experience spans healthcare, professional services, and financial services sectors. Prior to joining The Bradley Partnerships, Kate held a senior executive role for Fort Pitt Capital and senior HR roles at UPMC.
