Video shared with us by DJ Prideaux, the maker of this really cool tone on tone stamped mug using hard surface stamp for deep mark on the front of the cup and one of our underglaze stamps to place the black underglaze mark on the bottom. Really nice results! Thank you for sharing!

Photo of work in progress using our new clay cutters made to match a clay stamp for making logo mugs. This nice photo sent in by Connie, thank you! The cutters are made with a standard 11/32” space around the stamped image in your slab of clay, this allows handling the clay piece while you attach it to the mug. Each cutter is unique as required, but we do sell standard sets of circles in ¼” increments at lower cost too.

We shipped this really nice custom lettering set today. 26 characters at about 3/8" tall lettering in a font of the customer's choice. Shipped with a cool stand to hold the letters when not in use. I have been thinking about a set like this for Egyptian symbols or Celtic Runes, but not sure if anyone but me would be interested. If you are, or have another set of custom characters you want made please email me for details. [email protected] Cost is not cheap, at $260 because of the amount of labor and machine time for a limited edition, one of kind type of product.

Here are some very creative tips and tricks from Paul Christian, who was kind enough to let us share the photos. He is using a custom size clay cutter made by 4CLAY.com, clear plastic wrap, a bending shape made from large dowel, and an attachment helper fixture made using a pool noodle to attach medallions of stamped clay to mugs in a production environment where he is making many mugs.
