Our vision for our personal and professional lives is one of our most important intellectual and emotional assets that we can point to and say with confidence, “You Belong With Me”.

The Karmic Law of Creation, from my POV, dictates our vision for ourselves personally and professionally.

You attract what you are. Not what you want.

Be what you want to have in your life, and you will create the life you want.

We want to feel empowered, ingenious, fortunate, and happy.

Therefore, to feel empowered you would empower others.

To feel ingenious, you would inspire others.

To feel fortunate, you would give others a chance.

To feel happy, you would effectively manage you free will.

Now that you ARE those things, more of the same comes back to you.

You attract what you are. You are empowered, ingenious, fortunate, and happy.

This is your vision. To be empowered, ingenious, fortunate, and happy.

THEN, you generate a result. What is the result of being empowered, ingenious, fortunate, and happy?

That’s where YOUR VISION comes into play. This is the result.

Our agency is one of our most important intellectual and emotional assets that we can point to and say with confidence, “You Belong With Me”.

Do you think you possess an agency over anything?

If you do NOT think so, think again. You DO!

It’s a reminder about the Karmic Law of Connection.

Everything in The Universe is connected.

Each step leads to the next step and one step is not more important than another.

Your influence has an impact.

It reminds me of The 7 Behaviors of Marketing Influencers.

Emotional influence happens every day; it is called “marketing”.

We are all guilty of “self-marketing” when we engage in persuasion.

We understand boundaries and understand that healthy persuasion happens over time as we understand the other person’s needs. We must influence in such a way that the recipient of our guidance wants to engage promptly.

Number 1: The Marketing Influencer will encourage you to focus on a problem they believe you should avoid or resolve.

Number 2: The Marketing Influencer is always the beneficiary of your consideration.

Number 3: The Market Influencer will try to build and maintain expectation by discussing the value of solving the problem with benefits and limitations of the proposed solution.

Number 4: Marketing Influencers will provide versions of the facts.

Number 5: Marketing Influencers are experts in gaining the empathy of their target audience.

Number 6: Marketing Influencers position the product or service as a “good deal” or a “ high value” for the money.

Number 7: Marketing Influencers are experts in making you trust yourself and your decision.

Marketing Influencers are instrumental in making brands and messaging available and successful.

They are never difficult to spot because when they are doing their job correctly you are buying on a consistent basis.

Always remember that everything you know, believe to be true, your personal value, and your worth has been guided in some way by a Marketing Influencer.

It is essential to discern when you are being “sold” so you can avoid making costly mistakes when purchasing or aligning with a service.

An emotional response is OK; just ensure it was a “thoughtful” and emotional response. THAT is called AGENCY.

A recent major headline in the news is from the world of Taylor Swift.

It’s about ownership. Building something from your heart, mind, and soul takes passion and commitment.

Then, by some fluke, someone decides “they own” it, you do not.

Or worse, “they” believe they own your stuff AND YOU!

This week’s posts are an introspective about what we truly own.

What truly belongs to us?

What can NO ONE, unless we ALLOW them to take away from us?

What are these intellectual and emotional assets that we can point to and say with confidence, “You Belong With Me"

👉 06-22: Your Presence – You get to choose if your existence is seen or not seen
👉 06-23: Your Voice – You are entitled to express your opinion or attitude
👉 06-24: Your Agency – You choose to act and produce a particular result
👉 06-25: Your Vision – Your ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom
👉 06-26: Your Purpose – You choose your intention, aim, or reason for doing something
👉 06-27: Your Abundance – Your state or condition of having a copious quantity of something

Building a life, a business, and a community with the continuous improvement of these assets is what we, from my POV, truly own.

They are perpetual qualities of the human condition.

Building personal knowledge of these qualities has faithfully served my clients and me.

Here’s what we have done together:
💪 Tackling broken business processes that no one else wanted to fix.
💪 Cleaning up colossal and [supposedly] unsalvageable methods and system malfunctions.
💪 Transforming status quo business units into human/AI supported, revenue generating communities.

Dating from my POV is networking with flirting.

Dating comes with its own set of assumptions, by both parties, often misguided.

Women and men frequently encounter stereotypes that distort genuine connections. Is it networking? Yes. Is it dating? Yes.

There are so many categories and labels put on “dating”.

These categories and labels, by which assumptions and myths become memes, typically have to do with age, sexual orientation, and socio-economic background.

In summary, regardless of these labels, it’s human to humans. It’s connection.

The idea that people can't handle casual dating doesn't hold up.

Many are comfortable with relationships that prioritize freedom and exploration.

They're open to connections that don't come with strings attached.

Casual dating offers the chance to meet new people and experience diverse interactions.

It's about enjoying the journey without the pressure of a predefined destination.

These people value honesty and transparency, paving the way for authentic, fulfilling connections.

Is it networking? Yes. Is it dating? Yes. Let’s keep it casual is ALWAYS an option.

The assumption that anyone should feel grateful for any attention is disrespectful.

Whether it is business or personal, many people are empowered, aware of their worth, and seek connection with people who appreciate them for who they are.

They don't settle for less than they deserve.

Their relationships are built on equality and mutual respect, not gratitude.

It's about finding professional and personal partners who value their strengths and contributions.

These people know their value and seek connections that reflect their self-worth and dignity.

If you think you’re a “gift” for even showing up, you’ve shown up in the wrong place. Move on. No needy people here.

Limiting and stereotypical roles have plagued us socially in our personal and professional environments.

The stereotype that women are nurturers and men are protectors is limiting.

Many people reject this assumption, embracing vibrant, independent lives full of energy and enthusiasm, both in their professional and personal lives.

They're not looking to parent a personal or business partner but to share a life of mutual respect.

Their roles as partners are defined by equality and shared experiences, not nurturing or protecting dependency.

It's about creating a partnership that supports growth and independence.

People are redefining what it means to be a partner, breaking free from traditional molds.

There’s always a “list” of things that needs to be done.

Doesn’t need to be qualified as gender specific activity.

Dating comes with its own set of assumptions, by both parties, often misguided.

There are so many categories and labels put on “dating”.

These categories and labels, by which assumptions and myths become memes, typically have to do with age, sexual orientation, and socio-economic background.

In summary, regardless of these labels, it’s human to humans. It’s connection.

One of the more popular myths is that past relationships are still present.

Maybe they are and maybe they are not. It depends how we might want to stymie ourselves.

I take this attitude: That was then, and this is now.

When we live in the present, we are better equipped to capture every bit of goodness that exists for us here and now.

Assumptions about bitterness from past relationships overlook the resilience and wisdom many of us possess.

Many of us have moved beyond past hurts, choosing to embrace peace and new beginnings.

It's about growth and finding joy in the present.

Experience teaches us valuable lessons in love and life.

This maturity fosters a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.

We do not have to be anchored by the past, but we can navigate towards future possibilities.

Emotional resilience becomes a foundation for richer, more fulfilling relationships.

We do ourselves a favor when we give peace a chance.

They're not rushing into commitments; they're embracing opportunities to grow, learn, and experience.

This adventurous spirit reflects a desire for meaningful connections that evolve naturally.

It's about being present in the moment, without the rush to define the future.

Each relationship is a journey, not a race to the finish line.

This type of person values quality over quantity, preferring connections that unfold at their own pace.

Early adoption of a committed relationship is many times an unwarranted expectation.

This week’s posts aim to bust these myths, encouraging a more healthy, emotional and intellectual experience.

Here’s the lineup of assumptions and myths we will be challenging this week:

06.15 - Marriage is the End Game
Many times, there is a subliminal message being passed along that marriage is the must for a successful relationship.

06.16 – Early Adoption Commitment is a Must
The idea that a person is in a hurry to settle down can be misleading. They're not rushing into commitments; they're embracing opportunities to grow, learn, and experience.

06.17 - Past Relationships are Still Present
Assumptions about bitterness from past relationships overlook the resilience and wisdom many possess.

06.18 – Limiting and Stereotypical Roles
The stereotype that women are nurturers and men are protectors is limiting.

06.10 - You’re a “Gift” for Even Showing Up
The assumption that anyone should feel grateful for any attention is disrespectful.

06.20 - Let’s Keep it Casual is NOT an Option
Casual dating is PREFERRED for many. The idea that people can't handle casual dating doesn't hold up. Many are comfortable with relationships that prioritize freedom and exploration.

Here's something I hope will come out of this post. I hope that many people on this platform, born between 1975 and 2000, read this post and understand they are not exempt from being made obsolete.

Start NOW developing more than one income stream. Right NOW.

And understand these things:
🌟 You were born a "brand".
🌟 You are enough - right now.
🌟 When you trade time for money, you have limited yourself.
🌟 You can and will do more with your life and better than ever.

It does seem unreasonable to ceremoniously become obsolete-how dare they!
However, it has always been a fact of life.

We simply ignored it and bought into the idea of one job, changing it up every 5-7-10 years, working hard, being loyal, and it will all work out.

It has NEVER been that way. Nor will it EVER be.

All we do when we buy into that idea is set ourselves up for a huge professional and personal let down.

EVERYONE, in some capacity, once they have hit that magic age of "5-0" has a target on their backs. No exceptions.

Preparation for this when you're thirty is the best advice I was offered by my mentors.
