Long before the first lesson begins, students enter the classroom asking themselves critical questions:
Am I welcome here? Is my identity valued? Does my voice matter?
The Belonging Classroom Checklist was created to give educators a clear, actionable framework to evaluate, strengthen, and cultivate true belonging in their learning environments.
Before we release this tool publicly, we want 25 active K–12 classroom teachers to test it in real time and help us refine it.
