We are looking to sell our Kumasi farm. It is 2.8 acres (approx 10-12 plots) of farm land and structures available for sale. The property features a 5 room farm house, 2 large cemented animal pens (one is not fully completed), a sheep/goat corral, a large chicken coop, and two wells/boreholes. The farmhouse is an L shaped building with 2 conjoined rooms and 3 additional studio style rooms with separate entrances and one simple bathroom with a shower and toilet. Stable post paid electricity is currently installed on site.
The land is registered and is also legally FREEHOLD not leasehold and documents are available.
