Exciting day in Newton today!!! Lance Fairbairn - Solar Energy Strategists 316-207-4227

We pulled off a 17 panel - one day install with a little bit of wind to contend with. But the crew started as 2 and 4 more crew members pulled up to help finish it off.

Family chose 17 LG panels to product 89.9% of there current electric usage and went with one of our low payment plans. This install will reallocate money towards there solar system, as well as their pockets. They will lower there estimated electric bill by $56k over the next 25 years - move less than half that money to their solar panels and put 31k in there pocket. To top it off they will be producing 89.9 of there current energy for 25 years. LG panels are designed to last 50 years and still produce at 83% efficiency. They still have area on their south roof to expand to 7-9 more panels in the future if they ever decide they need more.

I look forward to meeting with this family in 3 months and again in 12 months to review their savings.

Did you know there is a federal tax credit (FTC) available for your solar install? Currently, it is 26% until the end of year 2022 and the install has to be completed in that year. Installs take about 60-90 from approval of scope of work. That means, starting December 1st, you only have 10 months left to receive that 26% FTC.

False statements -
✅ Solar requires money down or full payment. Not true - we give you 4-5 payment options and none of them require money upfront, unless you choose to yourself.

✅ Rich people only buy Solar. This is definitely not true. Most of our homeowners are cost conscious buyers. They look for ways to save money and make their hard working dollars last longer. We all end up on a fixed income at some point and this reduces your overall cost for electricity in the future, which makes that fixed income stretch further.

✅ It's going to be to expensive. Again, not true. We partner with 7 different financial institutions that provide low payment options. These plans are over 20-25 years and we show you how much money you will spend renting from your electric company vs building your own electric power plant that will save money.

✅ There's alot of upkeep on solar. This is always an easy answer for me, because we offer a 25 years production guarantee and in that guarantee we don't require anything of you to maintain that production guarantee. They only requirement we have is that you remain in good standing.

✅ If something goes wrong, I'll never get anyone out to fix the system. Again, not true. We build systems that our customers are proud of. We totally understand that if we have a happy customer, then they will tell other people about there system for years to come. They are our solar advocates. Really, its how business use to be done years ago. This actually falls under our 25 yr production warranty as well. Because we pay you .10 per kW for every kW you had to pay to the power company if our system doesn't product what we promise. If your system is down, then it's not producing, so we will be out to fix that problem, or it will end up costing us a lot of money.

I love being a solar energy specialist. My number is 316-207-4227. I have to share a testimony here, one of our 1st customers here in the Wichita area. She choose to put money she had already been spending and reallocate it to her power plant. Check these numbers out, electric bill before solar and after.
