🎉 Happy Birthday to the founder and president of The A-Team BNI, Amanda Jolley! ❤️
Today, our chapter celebrates the person whose vision, leadership, and relentless belief in others helped make The A-Team what it is today.
Amanda didn’t simply create a chapter, she created a culture.
A culture built on mutual respect, genuine support, accountability, appreciation, and the belief that success becomes more meaningful when it is shared. She set the pace from the beginning, and her energy continues to challenge everyone around her to think bigger, work harder, and become better.
It is difficult to spend time in Amanda’s presence without leaving more motivated than when you arrived.
She has an incredible ability to recognize potential in people, speak confidence into them, and provide the encouragement or honest guidance they need to take their next step. She does not reserve that support for a select few. When Amanda cares about someone, she invests in them wholeheartedly. Many members of our chapter can personally testify to the difference that investment has made.
She has consistently gone above and beyond for The A-Team. Much of what our chapter has accomplished can be traced back to the standards she established, the relationships she nurtured, and her refusal to settle for anything less than continued growth.
Over the past year, we have also had the privilege of watching Amanda’s own life and career reach new heights. Her upward trajectory has been incredible, and there is no indication that she plans on slowing down anytime soon. Being part of the team she has assembled elevates all of us because she continually raises the standard of what is possible.
On a personal note, I am deeply grateful for the advice, encouragement, and guidance Amanda has given me. Not only in business, but in life. Her influence has helped me grow as a business owner, a leader, and a person. She has become like a sister to me, and I know I am only one of many people whose lives are better because she chose to invest in them.
Amanda, your chapter respects you, appreciates you, and loves you deeply.
