I am excited to share that I have passed my Autism Specialist exam & am now a Certified Autism Specialist! Achieving this certification will allow me to provide a more personal & professional approach in how I provide services. With this knowledge, I am able to better partner with families, caregivers, & professionals to provide evidence-based support.

These services can include:
- Transition support & advocacy
- Parent coaching & education to build confidence & use of practical skills
- Comprehensive assessments to better understand strengths & needs
- Assistance with data collection
- Development & implementation of individualized behavior support plans
- Connection to resources & supports in the community
- In home structure that supports clients need for stability & routine

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, & goal orientated- ensuring we help each individual thrive in meaningful ways.

According to the article “Individualized Education Programs & Transition Planning for Adolescents with Autism” and the National Library of Medicine, while 92% of autistic adolescents have an IEP in place during school, only 58% have a transition plan by the time it’s legally required.

This gap matters. Support and services often begin to decline before high school graduation, creating what many families call a “service cliff” once students leave school or pediatric services.
