The fact that laws are needed for this is insane, but here we are:

Denmark pushes a groundbreaking legal proposal that would give every citizen full ownership rights over their own likeness including their face, voice, body data, and DNA. If passed, companies and AI developers would no longer be allowed to use a person’s identity without clear and direct consent. The law is aimed directly at the growing threat of deepfakes and digital identity abuse.
