Here's a word we don't hear very often these days: **Values.**
Values influence our decisions, priorities, relationships, leadership, and the way we show up in the world.
Most of us can quickly list our goals, responsibilities, and commitments. But when was the last time we stopped to consider our values?
Could you name your top 10 values?
Your top 5?
Your top 3?
And perhaps the most important question:
Would people recognize those values by the way we live our lives even if we never spoke a word about them?
I recently came across this quote from Eleanor Roosevelt:
*"Do what you feel in your heart to be right—for you'll be criticized anyway."*
Knowing our values doesn't mean life becomes easier. It does give us a foundation for making decisions, navigating challenges, and staying true to what matters most.
What values guide your life most often?
