Big energy, even bigger teamwork 💥

We had an incredible time partnering with the Live Oak Bank crew for a PB-CB team-building session on the court. From first serves to final rallies, this group showed up ready to compete, connect, and have a whole lot of fun doing it.

There’s something powerful about stepping out of the office and into a space where communication, trust, and a little friendly competition take center stage—and this team embraced all of it.

Grateful to be part of moments like these where teams grow stronger, relationships deepen, and confidence carries far beyond the court 🙌

A huge thank you to PBCB LLC for an immensely fun and informative team building experience playing Pickleball!🏓 We’d love to do it again when all our teammates can make it!

💬 “Everyone’s strengths look different.”

When we asked the Greater Wilmington Business Journal sales team for feedback after an awesome day of teambuilding on the pickleball court, this is what we heard. One of the biggest takeaways from our team-building experiences is greater awareness of oneself and one's teammates. Whether you're leading or collaborating, understanding how your teammates show up—and how to communicate with them—makes all the difference. 💪🏽💬🏓

Let’s grow together, one serve at a time.

🏆 We’re thrilled to share that our team took home the championship title in the Cape Fear Pickleball Club league! 🎉

What a season—it was filled with fun, fierce rallies, and the kind of community spirit that reminds us why we love this sport so much. Being part of a league filled with passionate players and supportive teams made every match a joy, win or lose.

At PBCB, we believe in the power of pickleball to build connection, confidence, and community, and this league brought all of that to life. We’re honored to represent our company and our mission both on and off the court.

A huge thank you to the Cape Fear Pickleball Club for organizing such a fantastic league, and congrats to all the teams who competed—this win is shared with everyone who brings heart and hustle to the game.

See you on the court! 💚🥇
