🔦 Employee Spotlight: Jigsaw Josh
Some guys build fences. Josh builds the stuff everyone stops to admire.
Whether it’s a custom gate, a clean wood panel, or a one-of-a-kind project, Josh has the skill and patience to make it look easy. If it’s made of wood, there’s a good chance Josh can build it better than anyone around.
When lunch rolls around, don’t be surprised if he’s firing up the George Foreman and making enough grilled food to feed half the shop. He’s as dependable at the grill as he is on the job.
Now, Josh might have a little spark in that personality every now and then… let’s just say we all know when the thermostat hits “medium.” But it’s all part of what makes him Josh. He cares about doing things the right way, and once the sawdust settles, he’s the first guy cracking jokes again.
He’s the kind of employee every company hopes to find—shows up every day, never calls out, takes pride in his work, and always has the crew’s back.
