We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported us during the 4th of July parade! It was an honor to be part of such a great community event and celebrate our nation’s birthday with all of you.

We just wrapped up a massive milestone on this build, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. This structure is officially sitting on a rock-solid, incredibly efficient foundation.
For this project, we went above and beyond standard construction to deliver maximum comfort and energy efficiency:
ICF Blocks: The basement and garage are completely locked in with Insulated Concrete Forms. This means unbeatable thermal efficiency, superior strength, and a foundation built to last a lifetime.
In-Floor Radiant Heat: No cold feet here! We ran in-floor heating lines throughout the entire basement and the garage. Efficient, even warmth from the ground up, no matter how brutal the winter gets.
From excavation to the final pour, doing things right the first time is the only way we operate. Huge shoutout to the crew for keeping everything precise and on schedule.

Big milestones on site this week! 🏗️
We’ve officially moved from stacking to pouring. There is nothing quite like the peace of mind you get from ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) walls. We’re talking massive energy efficiency, airtight seals, and a structure built to last a lifetime.
But we didn’t stop at the walls. We just finished the basement slab pour, featuring a fully integrated in-floor radiant heating system. 🌡️💨 No more cold toes or drafty corners—just consistent, efficient warmth from the ground up.
It’s one thing to build a house; it’s another to build a high-performance envelope. Huge thank you to northwoods concrete for the pump truck with the walls. And to Dan’s concrete on the floor great job done.
Before we backfill, we’re making sure the foundation is bulletproof. That meant:
✅ Waterproofing the exterior walls.
✅ Installing 4-inch socked drainage to move water away fast.
The house is officially "buttoned up" . Next up: Breaking ground on the attached garage. 🔨
