When I left orthopedic sales I wanted to find a way to use my business, technical, and leadership experience that would allow me to continue to help others make a difference in the world. I was fortunate to find and connect with some wonderful people that took me under their wings and introduced me to the world of professional coa

ching & training. In the early days on LinkedIn, because I started a few groups, I was often asked if I was a recruiter or hiring manager. In those days it was a common way for them to find people, especially when many of the profile headlines were often vague and short compared to today. The truth is, I do many things for my clients, and they all have a common theme; helping individuals, teams, and organizations maximize performance. My programs help people find the resources within themselves to create sustainable transformation. Coaching can improve a leader or professional’s performance dramatically and put them on the fast-track to greater success. I spent 23 years in the Operating Room as a Surgical Technologist/Navy Hospital Corpsman and Medical Device Sales Professional in orthopedic trauma, sports medicine, and joint reconstruction. (I’ve represented Synthes, DJO, Arthrex, Arthrocare, Exactech, Encore, and many other fine companies.) I’ve sold and serviced a variety of implants, equipment, tissue, DME, etc., I’m the Past President of the Connecticut Chapter of the International Coach Federation, a Certified Master OASIS Trainer, and a DISC Behaviors Facilitator. I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and insight to help you navigate and support you on your journey, no matter your goals. I have four private coaching programs that can help.
