We had an Amazing Wellness Wednesday Terrarium build event. It was a mutual Birthday celebration (Virgos, myself included). We built mini eco-systems, laughed, created and played Biophilic Trivia with prizes. This is the last open Wellness Wednesday. I CAN HOLD YOUR HEAVY

I saw this CALL FOR ARTISTS and took a deep breath. I applied and was selected as one of 20 curated Artist for this unique exhibition in Charlotte’s highly acclaimed Dilworth Artisan Station. The unique historical building holds the studios, and work of amazing artists.

Like many artists, I hold heavy feelings and thoughts. More “heavy” recently in the last few years due to tremendous personal loss. Through friends, family and therapy, I have learned to hold my heavy. My art creates a refuge from the heavy thoughts, challenges, expectations and all that is part of life. My art submission was created to reflect the Journey of life, memories, good and bad. Nature allows new growth and opportunities to continued. My art will always be rooted in family, nature, joy and memories. Nature heals. Find joy!!
