Dr. Robert "Navy Bob" Roncska

a retired U.S. Navy Captain, former Commanding Officer of the USS Texas and former Commodore of Submarine Squadron Seven, where he led 10 nuclear-powered submarines, more than 1,700 sailors, and over $25 billion in national assets. He also served as a Naval Aide to President George W. Bush, carrying the nation's nuclear command and control codes. Following his military career, Dr. Roncska served as Executive Director of High Reliability and Patient Safety for AdventHealth, helping guide safety and culture initiatives across one of the nation's largest healthcare systems. A nationally recognized speaker, leadership consultant, and author of Beyond the Sea, he shares practical lessons on trust, accountability, culture, and leadership drawn from decades of experience leading high-performing teams in some of the world's most demanding environments.
